Before I jump into this recipe for a great chia seed breakfast pudding can I comment on how much I love my new mugs?!

Anyways I used this mug to serve my yummy chia pudding that has a chocolately kick and a nice crunch from the seeds. Full of fibre a small serving is deceptively filling!
Pum’s Cacao Chia Pud
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. chia/flaxmeal
- 1 tbsp. supergreens cacao or raw cacao
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp. sunflower seeds
- Combined all ingredients well and refrigerated overnight.
- In the morning simply served chilled.
Delicious!
