It took me a while to totally come round to the ‘Chia Pudding’ craze but now that I have my preferred recipe down I can’t get enough of it for breakfast or dessert!
I recently updated my syrups from my much loved honey, maple and agave to date nectar. This dark sticky nectar is delicious and adds a distinctive rich taste to this pudding, it’s so good!
Pum’s Charming Chia Pudding
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 tbsp. oats
- 3 tbsp. greek yoghurt
- 3 tbsp. coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. date nectar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Combined all ingredients well and refrigerated overnight.
- In the morning split the mixture into 2 glass dishes to serve.
I’m going to enjoy this on this wet, miserable morning before getting the tree up and succumbing to full December festiveness!
