Pum’s Warming Maple Apple Oat Bran
- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 apple cubed into small chunks
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. pure maple syrup
- In a pan combined all ingredients except the maple syrup. Stirred over a low heat continuously for 10 mins.
- When thick and porridge-like, remove from the heat and serve drizzled with the maple syrup.
