I have a bit of a cheek to call this a recipe as it’s more of an assembly but if you’re looking for something to satisfy your sweet tooth which is almost guilt-free definitely give this a try.
Top a generous slice of watermelon with dried fruit and seeds (I use a mix of raisins and cranberries with pumpkin and sunflower seeds). Heat together 2 squares of dark chocolate mixed with a half tsp. of coconut oil and drizzle over. Cut into ‘pizza’ style slices and devour!
The coconut oil keeps this as a sauce and stops the chocolate from setting…I have a serious weakness for melted chocolate yum!
