Each ingredient in this smoothie provides varied nutrients and it’s one I turn to when I feel I need a good vitamin boost. The ginger is great for digestion but also adds a really lovely flavour punch.
Let’s just say I was feeling a bit delicate after a night of drinking all the alcohol in the world on Friday night so I’m hoping this will set me right again…it normally does the job!
Pum’s Ginger Beetroot Breakfast Smoothie
- 1 cooked beetroot
- 1 chunk fresh ginger
- large handful baby spinach
- 1 apple
- 1 large piece cucumber
- Add all ingredients to blender with some water and whizz up until smooth.
