Pum’s favourite recipes…Ginger Beetroot Breakfast Smoothie

Each ingredient in this smoothie provides varied nutrients and it’s one I turn to when I feel I need a good vitamin boost.  The ginger is great for digestion but also adds a really lovely flavour punch.

Let’s just say I was feeling a bit delicate after a night of drinking all the alcohol in the world on Friday night so I’m hoping this will set me right again…it normally does the job!

Pum’s Ginger Beetroot Breakfast Smoothie

  1. 1 cooked beetroot
  2. 1 chunk fresh ginger
  3. large handful baby spinach
  4. 1 apple
  5. 1 large piece cucumber
What Pum did
  1. Add all ingredients to blender with some water and whizz up until smooth.
