Another favourite breakfast recipe coming your way…
I love a good-looking breakfast bowl. It might seem ridiculous to some, but eating a well presented meal does generally make me happy!
Pum’s Pretty in Pink Smoothie Bowl
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (saving a few for garnish)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/4 cup buckwheat
- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- Combined the oat bran and buckwheat with the water and coconut milk and leave to soak overnight.
- In the morning add all ingredients to a blender and whizz up.
- Top with remaining fresh raspberries.
This smoothie bowl is lovely and thick and really filling! When having this I probably try not to have too much more fruit throughout that day as there’s quite a bit of natural sugar in this…but hey it’s all goodness to me!
